Keep production on pace with cost and quality goalsEnsure compliance with Local & National Labor AgreementsImplement corporate policies and safety standardsTrain, coach, mentor, and elevate employeesMaintain strong cross‑team communicationManage departmental records & corporate control systemsTroubleshoot machinery and support hands‑on needsDrive SPQRC excellence across your areaWork flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays when neededUphold standards like QS9000, ISO14001, GMS, and more

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $36.00/hr.
