And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come. **We are looking for:** An experienced Operations Supervisor to work at our Baltimore, MD site. **We count on you for:** + Supervising operations within the Baltimore facility to achieve desired goals + Organizing training for the production team + Ensuring compliance with all safety standards at the facility. + Organizing, monitoring and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals. + Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources to meet the production schedule + Maintain communication between employees and senior staff to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood + Demonstrated SAP operating knowledge + Ability to write reports legibly and accurately + Assistance with onboarding and training of new hires **You will bring:** + High school graduate or equivalent education. + A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience preferred in a supervisory role + Proven leadership and team-building abilities + Previous Supervisory experience in a similar manufacturing environment preferred + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Technical understanding of manufacturing processes + Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic + Ability to write reports legibly and accurately + Ability to manage multiple priorities and plan ahead + Proficiency with relevant software (e.g., Excel, SAP) + Maintain a high standard of safety and safe work practices, including keen working knowledge of process safety, personal safety and plant life critical procedures. **You can count on us for:** + Be part of and contribute to Baltimore’s viability + Join a transversal and dynamic team + Opportunities for growth and learning + Encouraging a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that values and respects individual differences and backgrounds **You will get:** + Competitive salary and benefits package + The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $88,480 to $110,600 per year . Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range.
