CORE RESPONSIBILITY + Manage and motivate a small team of production, EHS and maintenance staffs. + Develop and executive continuous improvement activities towards productive goals. + Facilitate production, planning and scheduling activities compliance to corporate rules and regulation and meet to customer demand. + Conduct internal product troubleshooting and provide solution. + Conduct incoming QC (IQC) and outgoing finished goods quality. + Evaluating machine, tools and equipment ensure it operation safely and good condition. + Control production materials and consumable at optimal level + Communicate with supplier on new purchase or repairing work at operation. + Work with R&D and technical team on the new and revised recipe product performance. + Communicate with product data team on GHS label information for new and revised SKU code. + Ensuring all safety and health standard are met to keep an organization accident-free. + Be responsible for the safety management, make sure the site / facility be following the national, local governments and SW's requirements. Maintain good communication with SAWS to implement group HSE policy to ensure the site / facility practices meet the group HSE strategy. + To overall supervise the running of EHS system, to improve HSE system by develop training, coaching and supervision programs.
