CORE RESPONSIBILITY

Manage and motivate a small team of production, EHS and maintenance staffs.

Develop and executive continuous improvement activities towards productive goals.

Facilitate production, planning and scheduling activities compliance to corporate rules and regulation and meet to customer demand. 

Conduct internal product troubleshooting and provide solution. 

Conduct incoming QC (IQC) and outgoing finished goods quality. 

Evaluating machine, tools and equipment ensure it operation safely and good condition.

Control production materials and consumable at optimal level 

Communicate with supplier on new purchase or repairing work at operation.

Work with R&D and technical team on the new and revised recipe product performance.

Communicate with product data team on GHS label information for new and revised SKU code. 

Ensuring all safety and health standard are met to keep an organization accident-free. 

Be responsible for the safety management, make sure the site / facility be following the national, local governments and SW's requirements. Maintain good communication with SAWS to implement group HSE policy to ensure the site / facility practices meet the group HSE strategy. 

To overall supervise the running of EHS system, to improve HSE system by develop training, coaching and supervision programs.
