Overview

The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. This role supervises employees, equipment, and materials, coordinates with production, quality, and maintenance teams, and provides hands-on leadership on the production floor. The Production Supervisor assigns personnel, monitors performance, resolves production issues, and supports employee training while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Experience

2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production operationsPrevious experience in a supervisory or lead role preferredExperience working with production schedules, job orders, and staffing assignmentsExperience coordinating with quality control and maintenance teamsExperience training, coaching, and supervising production employeesExperience in safety compliance and incident reporting preferredShift

Monday thru Friday w/rotating schedule

10:45 PM – 7:00 AM, ½ hour for lunch, from 2:00 AM to 2:30 AM 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM , ½ hour for lunch, from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM2:45 PM – 11:00 PM, ½ hour for lunch, from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM
