Production Supervisor
**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Supervisor to lead and manage our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production floor, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining high quality standards and adhering to safety regulations. **Responsibilities** + Assign tasks to team members and monitor employee performance. + Provide and develop coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members. + Ensure production schedules are adhered to, making resource adjustments as needed to meet schedules. + Coordinate with various cross-functional teams to optimize the production flow. + Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. + Investigate any incidents and implement corrective actions. + Implement and lead continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and reduce waste. + Maintain accurate records of production outputs, downtime, and employee performance. + Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. + Monitor, develop, and support standard work activities for yourself and team members. + Identify and address any quality-related issues in the manufacturing process. + Communicate production status and issues to all stakeholders. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production supervision, including staff management, scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance. + Proficiency in ERP/MES systems (e.g., Epicor, Oracle, SAP). + Strong leadership and team management skills. + Experience in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing with demonstrable examples. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various departments. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred. + Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in the manufacturing environment. + Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant process improvement frameworks is preferred. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. + Knowledge of CAD and other design and simulation software. + Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality assurance tools. **Why Work Here?** Join a fast-growing, dynamic environment where your entrepreneurial spirit is recognized. Expect to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch as required, and climb portable ladders. Personal Protection Equipment will be required. The role requires good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination. Electric charging stations are available on-site. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $48.08/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
