Do you bring paper, pulp or converter leadership experience?  In this Production Supervisor role, you’ll play a key hands‑on role in driving safe, efficient, and high‑quality production. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paper mill professional ready to lead a skilled crew and make a real impact on operational performance.
In this position you will:

Lead, coach, and support your production team to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. Oversee daily operation of the paper machine and related equipment. Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with maintenance, and keep production running smoothly. Maintain strict safety and environmental compliance. Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions when needed. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce waste. Ensure strong communication across shifts and departments.Well qualified candidates will have: 3–5 years of experience in a paper mill environment with leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of paper manufacturing processes and equipment. Effective communicator with excellent leadership and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
