This position reports to the QRC or Manufacturing Manager and has direct reports.
Your Role:
Plan and execute daily work in the workshop and warehouse across three main activity pillars:
assembling automated valves, overhauling control & isolation valves and actuators, and managing stock distribution.
Direct, motivate, and lead workshop and warehouse employees—ensuring smooth daily operations and strong team performance.
Manage production orders to ensure they are completed correctly, safely, and on time.
Ensure accurate documentation and administration of maintenance activities, tests, and inspections.
Act as the test coordinator, overseeing test procedures, methods, and compliance.
Take responsibility for safety, health, and environmental standards within the workshop and warehouse.
Actively contribute to a continuously developing and growing Service & Repair department.
Ensure efficient warehouse operations and smooth flow of incoming and outgoing goods.
Your Profile:
3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
(e.g., production, repair shop, mechanical workshop, automotive, or similar).
Experience with valves is not required and can be learned on the job.
Experience leading people — this may be in a formal supervisory role or through informal team leadership, such as:
coordinating daily tasks,
acting as a shift/team leader,
mentoring colleagues,
managing work distribution.
We welcome candidates aspiring to step into their first formal supervisor role.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Knowledge or hands-on involvement in planning, continuous improvement, and/or 5S or lean methodologies is a strong advantage.
Fluent in French and English.
Willingness to support operations beyond standard working hours when needed (e.g., second shift, weekends).
