Direct and supervise production personnel to achieve optimum efficiency and effectiveness within operations while maintaining a safe working environment.

ResponsibilitiesSupervise and direct plant floor activities to ensure smooth operations.Facilitate and execute continuous improvement activities.Promote LEAF and employee engagement activities to create and maintain a positive work environment.Report safety incidents and enforce safety policies.Conduct auditing and process improvement initiatives.Essential SkillsExperience in production supervision.Proficiency in lean manufacturing.Ability to implement and facilitate process improvement.Strong supervision skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of day-to-day and strategic issues, operational requirements, and management of a manufacturing facility.Understanding of electrical, mechanical, and logistics equipment used in manufacturing, including safe usage, maintenance, and storage.Familiarity with technologies and applications used in manufacturing products and in optimizing manufacturing processes.Awareness of methods, accepted practices, considerations, and regulatory requirements associated with safety and protection of employees, environment, and site.Why Work Here?
