Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Omaha, NE

Salary: $60,000 – $80,000/year

Schedule: 2nd Shift

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This salaried role offers competitive pay, additional compensation for Saturday shifts, and unique employee perks.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily production schedules to meet operational goalsHire, train, and manage production staff, including disciplinary actions when necessarySupervise a department of 30+ employeesEnforce GMPs and Food Safety policies across the plantDrive process improvements and ensure efficient workflowMaintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing settingProven supervisory experience managing teams of 30+ employeesStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work in a hot environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish or FrenchExperience in food manufacturing or similar regulated environmentsFamiliarity with process improvement methodologies

Work Environment:

This role is based in a manufacturing facility. Expect high temperatures and a physically demanding environment. Supervisors must be
