Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team within the automotive industryThis role will involve overseeing production processes, ensuring safety standards, and promoting continuous improvement

Job Responsibilities

Supervise, lead, coach, and direct team leaders and labor in meeting production volume, cost, quality, and delivery schedulesManage departmental performance measures, including visual controls, and provide regular progress reportsPlan headcount and manage schedules, including absences, holidays, and trainingComplete daily attendance register and ADP data entryConduct standardized work audits and ensure adherence to Standardized WorkCollaborate with Team Leaders to schedule operator rotations

Essential Skills

Experience in production supervision within the automotive industryKnowledge of UAW union protocolsProficiency in production management, safety, continuous improvement, and supervisionFamiliarity with Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, and process improvementJob Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Detroit, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
