Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our processing team during the 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7:30 AM. The ideal candidate will ensure that safety, quality, and production standards are consistently met while leading initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce scrap.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the processing team.Adjust injection molding parameters to maintain product quality.Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.Ensure safety, quality, and production standards are met.Partner with maintenance and tooling teams to resolve equipment issues.Train and mentor technicians on best practices.Document process changes and production data accurately.Support new product trials and mold validations.Drive initiatives to reduce scrap and boost efficiency.Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and leadership.Promote a positive team culture and enforce behavioral standards.Essential Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in injection molding processing.Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of injection molding machines, tooling, and materials.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and process documentation.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
This position is based in a plastic injection molding facility with approximately 400 employees. The environment is not temperature-controlled, so temperatures inside reflect outside conditions. The role is on the 3rd shift, requiring overtime and occasional weekend work.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
