Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor for the first shift at a tier 1 automotive company specializing in weather stripping and interior parts for major brands such as Honda and Subaru. The ideal candidate will have experience in production supervision within the manufacturing industry and possess strong abilities to manage a team, enhance quality, and drive performance improvements.

ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage production operations during the first shift.Monitor and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure production goals are met.Implement and uphold high-quality standards and continuous improvement processes.Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment through strong team management.Essential Skills5+ years of production supervision experience in any manufacturing industry.Proven ability to manage people effectively in a family-owned company.Strong skills in monitoring KPIs and driving process improvements.Experience in maintaining quality standards and implementing continuous improvement practices.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with KPI management, process improvement, and quality assurance.Why Work Here?
