We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee operations in a dynamic poultry processing plant. The ideal candidate will work from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to adjust hours as needed to meet production demands.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.Coordinate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.Monitor and maintain safety and hygiene standards within the plant.Implement production strategies to optimize workflow and reduce waste.Provide leadership and support to production staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Essential Skills3-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.Proven experience in food production, preferably in a poultry processing environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong production management and supervisory skills.Experience in foodservice production is a plus.
