**Job Title: Production Supervisor** Job Description The Production Supervisor will manage their teams, schedule employees and workloads within their department, and ensure satisfactory work performance. The Packaging Supervisor will direct and coordinate finished product packaging, and establish scheduling priorities in coordination with customer service and the warehouse. They will also be responsible for employee safety, product quality, efficient operation, and cost control of finished product packaging. Responsibilities + Manage and lead teams effectively. + Schedule employees and workloads within the department. + Hold team members accountable for satisfactory work performance. + Troubleshoot issues as they arise. + Direct and coordinate finished product packaging. + Establish scheduling priorities in coordination with customer service and warehouse. + Ensure employee safety and product quality. + Maintain efficient operation and cost control of finished product packaging. You will experience both hot and cold temperatures and may work outside at times. The standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm, but flexibility is required as demand may change.
