**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** The Production Supervisor will be responsible for hands-on work and training in the creation of packaging equipment for various food companies. The role requires experience in corrugating and packaging to ensure production meets required output levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills is essential. **Responsibilities** + Train and supervise team members in the production of packaging equipment. + Ensure production is aligned with output goals and quality standards. + Manage and oversee processes within corrugating and packaging operations. + Utilize Microsoft Excel and other computer applications for production tracking and reporting. **Essential Skills** + Experience in corrugating and packaging processes. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer applications. + Supervisory skills in a production environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with printing press operations. + Skills in gluing and assembly processes. + Completion of PLC courses and controls experience. **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
