**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** The Production Supervisor is responsible for executing the production plan and supervising team members through the shift. This role involves overseeing multiple activities simultaneously to ensure overall productivity and quality of die boards. The ideal candidate should possess mechanical skills, lean manufacturing experience, and a proven track record in problem-solving disciplines. The Production Supervisor leads the 1st shift personnel in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly production targets, scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, resolving problems, and reporting results to management. **Responsibilities** + Execute the production plan and supervise team members through the shift. + Ensure overall productivity and quality of die boards. + Oversee multiple activities simultaneously. + Lead 1st shift personnel in meeting production targets. + Schedule and assign personnel to tasks. + Accomplish work results and establish priorities. + Resolve problems and report results to management. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in production, process improvement, and production management. + Experience in production supervision and lean manufacturing principles. + Strong management skills and familiarity with safety procedures. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Business-related degree and 3-5 years' experience in a production or manufacturing setting, preferably in the wood industry. + Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques. + Attention to detail and ability to identify and solve problems. + Proven leadership experience and safety-conscious mindset. + Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, NetSuite, and other ERP systems. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a competitive compensation package, excellent health insurance with high employer cost sharing, paid time off with additional paid holidays, and a 401k employer match.
