**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** As a Production Supervisor, you will manage all production department associates, ensuring efficient operations and quality control. You will read, interpret, and understand production drawings, maintain raw material levels, and oversee inventory of materials, equipment, and tools. **Responsibilities** + Manage all production department production associates. + Read, interpret, and understand production (shop) drawings. + Maintain levels of raw materials and inventory of equipment and tools. + Occasionally use electric-powered, air-powered, and hand tools such as saws, sanders, nail guns, screw guns, and various hand tools. + Assist the mold fabrication department with setup or adjustments in casting molds. + Collaborate with and support other departments to maintain company operations and efficiency. + Work with various cements, gypsums, and casting materials. + Quality check finished molds and pieces for accuracy, including pre-assembly verification. + Safely operate a counterbalance-type forklift. + Receive and comprehend directions and instructions from the Operations Manager. + Make decisions, meet targets, and work under timelines. + Communicate and work well with other departments, including Designing, CNC Routing, and Mold Fabrication. **Essential Skills** + Supervision and Production Management. + Manufacturing Operations. + Continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing. + Process improvement and Six Sigma. + Job preparation and management skills. + Production supervision and operation. + Supervisory skills in manufacturing operations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must have bilingual skills - Spanish. + Experience managing others. + Experience managing a manufacturing department. + Demonstrated qualification in electric and pneumatic powered tools. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
