**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor. This role involves managing a team of 12–15 associates across 8–10 machines, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards in quality, safety, and team accountability. **Responsibilities** + Direct and supervise daily activities of 12–15 production associates. + Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback. + Enforce company policies and procedures, including disciplinary actions and write-ups. + Track and report employee attendance and punctuality. + Monitor individual and team performance metrics. + Conduct performance reviews and support employee development. + Participate in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new associates. + Make recommendations for hiring and termination decisions in alignment with HR policies. + Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. + Hold team members responsible for meeting expectations and production standards.. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment. + Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. + Familiarity with inventory systems and quality control processes. + Experience with disciplinary procedures and performance management. + Knowledge of production supervision, continuous improvement, and process improvement. + Understanding of lean manufacturing principles. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. There is very little overtime required. **Job Type & Location** This is a position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
