**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Production Supervisor in a GMP environment, overseeing a dedicated team of 8 employees across two shifts. You will collaborate with production schedulers and the plant manager to ensure production goals and timelines are consistently met within our facility of 100 employees. **Responsibilities** + Manage and supervise 8 employees across two shifts. + Collaborate with production schedulers and the plant manager to meet production goals and timelines. + Implement continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices. + Ensure compliance with GMP standards and ISO certifications. + Drive process improvements using Six Sigma methodologies. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience in production supervision and management. + Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. + Knowledge of GMP standards and ISO certifications. + Proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies. + Excellent management skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). + Experience in manufacturing operations and processes. **Work Environment** Work in a non-climate controlled facility with a slight odor, manufacturing bleach-based outdoor cleaning agents. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required includes steel-toed boots, eye protection, and ear protection. The position operates on the first shift from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr. They will be offering a competitive 401k package, dental health and vision benefits.
