Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee the supervision of production and manufacturing employees. This role involves teaching, training, and assigning job duties to manufacturing associates. You will assist with continuous improvement initiatives, minimize production downtime, and ensure daily team quotas are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for recording proper documentation and utilizing computer skills for data entry while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and proper use of PPE by all associates.

ResponsibilitiesSupervise 20-30 manufacturing associates.Teach, train, and assign job duties to manufacturing associates.Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and minimize production downtime.Ensure daily team quotas are met.Record proper documentation and utilize computer skills for data entry.Follow safety protocols and ensure proper PPE for associates at all times.Essential SkillsExperience in production and manufacturing processes.Strong supervision skills in the manufacturing industry.Additional Skills & QualificationsAny education and/or certifications related to the manufacturing industry is a bonus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This position is set in a non-climate controlled, manufacturing environment. You will be supervising 20-30 manufacturing associates.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springfield, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
