Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and enhance production operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in motivating employees, improving production methods, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our products.

ResponsibilitiesRecommend measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency.Review operations and work with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues.Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to identify production problems.Recruit, train, evaluate, and discharge staff and resolve personal grievances.Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.Essential Skills3+ years of supervisor experience in manufacturing.Comfortable overseeing 30+ people.High school diploma or GED.Ability to pass a backcheck.Proficiency in Six Sigma, supervisory skills, process improvement, production management, and management skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsUnion experience.Automotive experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Our large facility requires candidates to be comfortable standing for 8+ hours and to work in sometimes loud environments due to machinery. Steel-toe footwear is required. The position operates on a two-week rotating shift, with day and afternoon shifts currently available. The day shift runs from 6:30 am to 2:00 pm, and the afternoon shift from 2:30 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr.
