As a Production Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Your leadership will shape team performance, optimize production processes, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. From coaching and training to troubleshooting and reporting, you'll ensure every shift runs smoothly and efficiently.

ResponsibilitiesLead production teams by setting clear expectations and providing consistent feedbackRecruit, onboard, and train employees while promoting growth and developmentMonitor production flow and optimize use of personnel and equipmentImplement cost-saving strategies and corrective actions to improve efficiencyExecute production schedules, assign tasks, and resolve operational issuesEnforce quality standards and ensure compliance with company policiesCoordinate equipment repairs and evaluate new technologies for process improvementAnalyze production data to generate insights and respond to stakeholder inquiriesMaintain a safe, clean work environment and educate staff on safety protocolsInvestigate personnel concerns and recommend effective solutionsCollaborate across departments to support broader company initiativesEssential Skills3+ years of supervisory experience in a GMP-regulated environmentFluent in Spanish (preferred)Strong leadership and team management abilitiesMechanical aptitude, especially with mixers and blendersProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Keen eye for detail and ability to identify product defectsAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in food manufacturing and handling raw ingredientsExperience in food safety or quality controlKnowledge of HACCP, GMP, FDA, and USDA standardsFamiliarity with quality control testing and inspection equipmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWhy Work Here?
