**Production Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to manage our production department daily. This role involves overseeing a team of graders and stackers, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and utilizing your experience in the warehousing and produce industry. Proficiency in paperwork and computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office is essential! **Responsibilities** + Oversee the production and grading department responsible for sorting fresh produce to meet customer specifications. + Manage labor requirements and productivity to achieve set case cost and efficiency metrics. + Complete required paperwork and necessary items within the computer systems accurately. + Provide instructions, coaching, and training to employees while communicating production and quality requirements/expectations. + Communicate, enforce, and adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OH&S and Food Safe regulations. + Conduct employee evaluations. **Why Work Here?** Join a company with a strong culture and long-tenured staff, many of whom have been with us for 10-20 years. Shifts run from Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with some flexibility required.
