**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Shift/Pay/Additional Information:** + Direct Hire - Non Union + Shift: 1st - 7AM - 4PM (Monday-Friday) + Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 + OT: Straight Time after 40 Hours + Bi-weekly pay and comprehensive benefits through medical mutual. + Take advantage of $750 towards HSA, 10 paid holidays, 5 PTO days, and 5 sick days annually. + Benefit from annual bonuses ranging from $500 to $1,000, typically awarded before April, and a 401K plan with a 100% company match up to 3%. **Responsibilities** + Lead a team of 18-20 production associates in daily operations. + Receive production schedules from the plant manager and delegate tasks accordingly. + Ensure production numbers are met each day. + Assist on the production line with various duties. + Operate machinery and assist in building and stacking pallets. + Operate forklifts and manage inventory of raw and finished goods. + Lead the warehouse area to ensure smooth product flow. + Lift up to 50lbs as needed. + Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Macola SRP system for tasks such as tracking work orders and printing labels. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Toledo, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr. • Medical, dental & vision • Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital • 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available • Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) • Short and long-term disability • Health Spending Account (HSA) • Transportation benefits • Employee Assistance Program • Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Toledo,OH. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Aug 1, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
