**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** As a Production Supervisor, you will drive project success by clearly communicating expectations, planning and monitoring performance, and providing regular feedback through coaching, counseling, and corrective action when necessary. You will ensure equipment functionality by coordinating repairs and evaluating new technologies and tools. Compiling and analyzing production data to provide insights and respond to inquiries from stakeholders is part of your responsibilities. You will continuously improve operational systems by reviewing and updating procedures, documentation, and resource requirements. Promoting a safe and clean work environment by educating staff on safety protocols and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations is critical. Addressing personnel concerns by investigating issues, identifying root causes, and recommending appropriate solutions will be expected. It operates within a GMP environment utilizing mostly gravity-fed high-speed packaging equipment. The facility handles primarily dry goods, such as powders, and is well-lit with ample space. There are plans to expand and possibly add to the current building. Available openings include first shift from 5:30am to 4:30pm and second shift from 4:00pm to 3:00am, with opportunities for overtime. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Elgin, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
