**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** This role requires full responsibility of the shop floor, including scheduling, logistics and transportation management, and overseeing employees' daily tasks through leads. You will handle customer support as needed and ensure tooling, safety, and process flow are optimized. The position also involves leading production meetings and serving as the communication point between Production, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, and Environmental Health & Safety. **Responsibilities** + Manage and oversee the shop floor operations. + Coordinate scheduling and logistics/transportation. + Supervise employees' daily tasks through leads. + Provide customer support as needed. + Ensure effective tooling, safety, and process flow. + Lead production meetings. + Act as the communication coordinator between various departments. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience in mechanical manufacturing operations, welding, and general machining. + 5+ years of experience in lean manufacturing/special process roles. + Adherence to Lean Manufacturing principles. + Ability to execute in a fast-paced operating environment. + Multitasking skills across multiple products/processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong communication skills both externally and internally. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office. + Ability to be trained to use Epicor. + Works well in cross-functional teams. + Supports all work assigned including special projects. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a competitive compensation package along with eligibility for a relocation package and an annual incentive bonus plan based on performance.
