How you will make contributions that matter:

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Production Supervisor to join our team in Cobram.

In this leadership role, you’ll oversee daily operations across multiple production teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. You’ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, supporting team development, and ensuring smooth operations across our bulk cheese and powder production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate production activities across shifts.Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and environmental standards.Monitor plant performance and investigate downtime using root cause analysis.Support team development through coaching, SOP assessments, and performance feedback.Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to ensure production targets are met.Use digital systems (e.g., ALITA, KRONOS, SAP) to manage reporting and scheduling.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in FMCG or food manufacturing (dairy preferred).Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.Proficient in digital systems and reporting tools.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous improvement.Confident working in a fast-paced, hands-on and team orientated environment.
