As a **Production Supervisor** , you will be part of the operations team supporting various production lines. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Production Supervisor **Location:** Kokomo, IN **Pay Range:** $30/hr. (Negotiable) **What's the Job?** + Manage small work teams in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. + Ensure the production plan is met and drive continuous improvement activities. + Lead initiatives to enhance workplace safety and enforce safety procedures. + Analyze quality KPIs and guide team leaders in prioritizing quality issues. + Participate in Kaizen projects focused on safety, cost, quality, and throughput improvements. **What's Needed?** + High school diploma or GED required.
