**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** The Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the manufacturing line to ensure smooth and continuous production operations. This role involves monitoring employees and equipment, resolving minor disciplinary issues, and maintaining production efficiency. **Responsibilities** + Monitor production operations to ensure the machines and line are functioning correctly. + Assist in maintaining continuous production flow. + Provide direction to employees and handle minor disciplinary situations as they arise. + Work on the manufacturing line daily, ensuring production targets are met. + Stand and operate on feet for 8-12 hours a day. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience in supervision and leadership. + Strong background in manufacturing, particularly in production supervision. + Mechanical aptitude and understanding of food manufacturing processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Any mechanical or maintenance background is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** Join a highly automated facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology, ensuring a modern and efficient work environment. The role requires flexibility to work either 1st or 2nd shift, with potential adjustments based on facility needs over the six-month assignment. Open availability for weekend work and up to 12-hour days is essential. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
