**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor who will coach and develop employees daily to ensure the safe production of high-quality products at the lowest cost. This role requires availability on weekends to meet production demands and involves building collaborative partnerships across departmental lines to achieve departmental and team results. **Responsibilities** + Coach and develop employees to ensure safe production practices. + Maintain the lowest production cost while meeting quality requirements. + Collaborate with other departments to achieve team results. + Ensure availability to work on weekends as needed to meet production demands. **Essential Skills** + 3 to 5 years of production supervision experience. + 6 years of experience in a related role. + High School Diploma or higher. + Strong management and leadership skills. + Experience in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values collaboration and continuous improvement. The facility is climate-controlled except for the warm blow mold room. Employees are required to wear specific attire for sanitation purposes, including hair nets, facial hair guards, shoe covers, and hearing protection. The work environment is spacious, accommodating up to 10 other individuals.
