**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and support the production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in team leadership, inventory management, and production planning. **Responsibilities** + Lead and supervise a production team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals. + Create and assign daily production orders based on incoming work orders. + Delegate tasks effectively to team members to ensure smooth workflow and optimal productivity. + Monitor and manage inventory levels, including conducting weekly counts, ordering supplies, and resupplying the production line as needed. + Package and ship completed orders accurately and on time. + Utilize downtime to proactively resupply the line and prepare for upcoming production needs. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations. + Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and improve processes. **Essential Skills** + 1–3 years of experience leading a team in a production environment. + 1-3 years with inventory management. + 1-3 years of experience with delegating work orders. + 1-3 years of creating daily production orders based on incoming work orders. + 1-3 years of managing a production line and delegating tasks accordingly. + 1-3 years of monitoring and managing inventory, including taking weekly counts, ensuring timely ordering, resupplying the line based on orders, and adjusting counts to match actual stock. + 1 year of experience in packaging and shipping completed orders. + 1 year of experience in resupplying the line during downtime. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Production supervision + Inventory management + Work orders + Packaging + Shipping **Work Environment** The work environment is in a smaller shop that is climate-controlled, organized, and clean throughout the facility. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
