**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and manage our production team, ensuring efficiency and adherence to production schedules. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to continuous improvement within a dynamic manufacturing environment. **Responsibilities** + Assign tasks to team members and monitor employee performance. + Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members. + Ensure production schedules are adhered to and make resource adjustments as needed. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production flow. + Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. + Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. + Lead continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and reduce waste. + Maintain accurate records of production outputs, downtime, and employee performance. + Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. + Monitor, develop, and support standard work activities. + Identify and address quality-related issues in the manufacturing process. + Communicate production status and issues to stakeholders. **Essential Skills** + Experience in continuous improvement with examples in manufacturing process. + Proven ability in Lean Manufacturing to reduce waste and improve efficiency. + Experience in production supervision, managing production floors and staff. + Proficiency in ERP/MES systems like Epicor, Oracle, SAP. + Strong leadership and team management skills. + Certification in Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement frameworks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. + Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. + Knowledge of CAD and other design and simulation software. + Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality assurance tools. **Why Work Here?** Join a fast-growing dynamic environment where entrepreneurial spirit is recognized. The role also requires good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of NA, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
