Our client, manufacturer of automotive components, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, time management and decision making skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Location: Newberry, SC** **Pay Range: $50K-$55K** **Shift: 3rd shift, 11pm-7am Mon-Fri** **What’s the Job?** + Ensure all associates are trained in safe practices and verify compliance + Monitor and maintain all processes and running conditions to specified limits + Monitor and control WIP (work in process) to ensure proper balance and flow through the process + Provide assistance and adjust manpower as required to address issues + A minimum of 80% of the time should be spent on the floor, monitoring all processes **What’s Needed?** + At least 2 years post-secondary education + At least 2-4 years Supervisory experience in Manufacturing + Good Communication Skills + Leadership skills + Computer skills **What’s in it for me?** + Fantastic comprehensive benefits package! + Yearly bonus eligibility! + Company provided uniforms! + Boot allowance!
