**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** As a Production Supervisor, you will manage a team of approximately 23 individuals, overseeing daily activities on the production floor. Your responsibilities include ensuring safety, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing production efficiency. You will provide training in 5S methodology and ensure compliance, work collaboratively with the engineering department to enhance yields and reduce scrap, and efficiently plan and pace work to meet production goals. You will motivate employees to achieve daily and production targets, while directly supervising two team leads. **Responsibilities** + Manage and oversee daily floor activities, focusing on safety, quality, and production. + Provide training in 5S methodology and monitor compliance. + Collaborate with the engineering department to improve yields and minimize scrap. + Plan and organize work to meet daily, weekly, and project production goals. + Motivate and lead employees to meet production numbers. + Supervise two team leads who report directly to you.
