Overview
Rogue Fitness is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing Operations team in Columbus, OH. The Production Supervisor is a critical frontline leader on the shop floor, ensuring our teams operate safely, efficiently, and at the world-class quality level that is our standard.
Responsibilities
Directly supervise a department of operators, assemblers, and/or other manufacturing roles, delivering training, performance management, and fostering a culture of accountability
Manage the daily production schedule and delegate responsibilities to meet aggressive targets without compromising on quality
Maintain a deep understanding of Rogue product lines and company policies and procedures
Effectively use Google Spreadsheets, MRP/ERP software, and Rogue internal applications to track, analyze, and report on production metrics
Utilize Workday for timekeeping, training, performance evaluations, and other personnel tasks as needed
Enforce all company policies and safety regulations to maintain a safe and productive work environment
Foster a positive and productive team culture, proactively engaging in conflict resolution and promoting high team morale
Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years in a manufacturing supervisory role
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency with various hand and power tools
Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and spreadsheets
Ability to lift and move up to 80 lbs and remain standing/active on the operations floor for the duration of a shift
Flexibility to work overtime (extra hours and/or weekends) as required by production needs
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
