Join a leading company renowned for innovation in mobile shelving systems, art rack storage, gun lockers, and more. Recently entering the marijuana industry, this company is expanding its market presence and seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor for the 2nd Shift.

ResponsibilitiesOversee 20-25 employees in the Fabrication department, including welders, machine operators, and fabricators.Ensure the adherence to ISO 9001-2015 standards and safety protocols.Implement Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies to optimize production efficiency.Drive process improvement and maintain high standards of production quality.Manage time effectively and lead with organization, especially during the 2nd shift hours.Essential Skills5 years of experience in welding and fabrication.High level of computer literacy with ERP system experience.Understanding of ISO standards.Background in Lean Manufacturing and 5S.2 years of leadership experience in a production environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong process improvement skills.Commitment to safety standards and practices.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

2nd shift from Monday to Friday (2pm-12am) in a larger, well-lit, and clean facility with over 200 employees. Occasionally, work on the 3rd shift may be required on Thursdays.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Atkinson, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $64000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
