**Job Title: Production Specialist**
Job Description
The Wet Room Operator II is a key role within the Wet Process department, encompassing various tasks such as Etch, Microetch, Direct Metal, Develop, Resist Strip, Ferric Etch, and Tin Strip. The operator is expected to train and become certified in at least one of these processes.
Responsibilities
+ Read, follow, and sign route sheets.
+ Interpret and understand blueprints within the route sheet.
+ Operate Etch, Microetch, Direct Metal, Develop, Resist Strip, Ferric Etch, and/or Tin Strip following the Standard Operating Procedure.
+ Review and inspect work to ensure it meets IPC standards.
+ Move work orders within the Paradigm system.
+ Contribute to and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Participate in and actively contribute to 5S initiatives.
+ Cross-train to perform skills beyond the initial area of expertise.
+ Become certified as a trainer in at least one skill.
Essential Skills
+ 6 months of manufacturing or production experience.
+ High School Diploma.
+ Ability to stand for the full duration of the shift.
+ High attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with electronics, specifically IPC standards, is a plus.
+ Ability to effectively communicate findings to engineers.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
