Job Description
Join a well-established distribution company where you will manufacture data servers in a clean and stable environment. This facility is mostly temperature controlled and strictly metal-free, requiring compliance with specific safety measures such as wearing composite shoes from day one.
ResponsibilitiesRead and complete work orders to adhere to daily production goals.Drive production schedules and resolve process-related issues.Maintain order throughout the manufacturing floor and ensure quality levels through spot-checks.Assist in compliance with safety regulations and material handling instructions.Communicate process problems with peers, leads, supervisors, and engineers.Fill out necessary paperwork and notify supervisors about material surpluses, shortages, or damages.Navigate electronic work instructions using a computer.Participate in Kaizens and meetings as needed.Follow all 5S+1 standards in the workplace.Position and align parts in specified relationships during assembly processes.Mount assembled components to boards or units using bolts, press fits, or similar operations.Store assembled servers until they are ready for testing and initiate tests, monitoring their status.Identify failed server tests and perform corrections or retests for level 1 failures, delivering level 2 failures to the debug area.Securely attach passed servers into assembled racks and notify quality engineers in case of mass failures.Prepare racks for server insertion by identifying and installing required materials.Follow work orders for cable matrix identification and labeling.Organize cables into proper bins before and after printing labels.Inspect servers, racks, and cables for damage or errors before configuration.Scan servers into racks ensuring order consistency and insert cables into designated slots.Connect rack to test station, initiate tests, and assist in troubleshooting failures.Clean and examine finished products to meet quality standards before packaging and shipping.Ensure a continuous supply of materials to production lines and maintain inventory.Receive materials from suppliers and ensure they match both physically and systematically.Organize and store materials and provide immediate information on shortages or surpluses.Assemble and disassemble work structures and manage materials in the Moonshine department.Operate conventional equipment for machining parts and perform machine setups according to specifications.Coordinate activities with other departments and adhere to safety standards.Essential SkillsGeneral production and assembly skills.Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.Mechanical assembly and packaging expertise.Inspection skills and data entry capabilities.Electrical wiring and panel wiring experience.Ability to read schematics and navigate computer systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsEntry-level manufacturing opportunity with training provided.Ability to utilize hand tools and willingness to learn different roles.Proficiency in English.Must wear composite shoes from day one.Ability to work in a metal-free environment.Strong computer skills for logging in and navigating systems.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
