How you will make history here...

The Production Shift Leader will have accountability for all business unit results, management systems and organizational health across the site/shift.  They will be responsible for managing and improving the results with that area as needed to contribute to the overall plant CBN and journey to be a High Performance Organization.  In this role they will manage the people, equipment and processes that come together to create their end product in a way that is preferred to consumers and downstream customers.  This person will work to grow the capability of the people in their area.  They will work to incorporate new reliability tools into the current systems in a way that is meaningful and drive continuous improvement and produces extraordinary results. 

What you will do...

20% - Ensure clear direction and priorities for the each business unit and that these are aligned with the site

10% - Develop and maintain team work plan and budget

10%-  Manage direct and indirect labor efficiently

10% - Track and gap results vs work plan and budget for all KPIs including safety and quality

10% - Develop Team Leaders, Service leaders and other leadership

10% - Provide training, coaching and facilitation

5% - Partner with Maintenance Shift Leaders to lead the daily business for your shift

10% - Lead the development of key daily management systems in the business unit such as DDS, CL, RCFA and AM Operational Standards documentation

5% - Participate in Daily Shift Meetings 

10% - Communicate business unit results and needs to mid/senior management

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)

High School Diploma or GED3+ years of manufacturing experience within production or operations

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)

Bachelor's or Associate's Degree5+ years of operations experience within manufacturing


Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$63,400-$91,100
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
