This position is primarily focused on supporting the organization’s rapidly expanding technology landscape, improve end-to-end efficiency, and accelerate automation initiatives. The Senior Tech Architect role is essential to streamline processes, reduce operational overhead, and strengthen architectural foundations that enable scalable, reliable, and cost-effective product delivery. This role also focuses on implementing, monitoring, and maintaining security tools, procedures, and compliance standards across various systems. Proactively identify vulnerabilities, respond to incidents, and support projects that enhance the organization's overall security posture.

 

Preferred Qualification:

 

At least 6 years total combined higher education and related work experience including Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent, relevant work experience

 

Minimum 4 years of experience in automation, infrastructure engineering, or platform engineering roles with overall 6+ years of Experience in DevOps or Tech Architect role. 

 

Advanced proficiency in automation and configuration management tools such as Chef, Ansible, or similar platforms.

 

Strong expertise in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Shell) with the ability to build scalable, reusable automation modules.

 

Proven ability to define automation standards, drive adoption, and mentor engineering teams on best practices.

 

Strong problem-solving skills with experience conducting root-cause analysis and implementing long-term automation solutions.

 

Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive architectural decisions.
