Production Scheduler Coordinator
Overview The Scheduling Coordinator plays a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by coordinating production manpower, workforce assignments, and resource availability. This position ensures that schedules align with production goals, safety standards, and customer delivery timelines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain daily, weekly, and long-term workforce schedules Schedule workforce assignments to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts Communicate schedule changes to production teams, supervisors, and management Monitor capacity, and labor availability. Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust plans to minimize production disruptions Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation. Support continuous improvement by identifying scheduling efficiencies Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and safety standards Approving time off requests and reviewing weekly time cards. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $39,500 - $63,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
