We are seeking a Production RSA Machine Operator to support production operations by setting up, operating, and maintaining machining and laser cutting equipment. This hands?on role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude, manufacturing experience, and a strong attention to quality.

Temp-to-Hire position$19.40 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:00pm)Set up and operate RSA production, machining, and laser cutting equipmentPerform first?piece inspections and produce parts to quality standardsTroubleshoot equipment issues and assist with minor maintenanceRead blueprints and use basic measuring toolsMaintain safety, efficiency, and a clean work areaProduction RSA Machine Operator Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required2+ years of experience operating or setting up production machinesBasic knowledge of CNC or Swiss lathes and machine setupAbility to read blueprints and use manual measuring toolsMust be fluent in English (spoken and written)Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
