**Job Title: Production Racker** **Job Description** The role involves racking parts on racks that are dipped in chemicals, similar to winding bread ties to secure parts on a rack. Candidates will also assist with general labor tasks, but will not handle chemicals directly. **Responsibilities** + Rack parts securely on racks for chemical dipping. + Assist in general labor tasks across different areas. + Ensure high attention to detail when working with small parts. **Essential Skills** + Masking and taping materials prior to plating. + Knowledge of plating processes, production, and painting. + High attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in the plating or surface finishing industry is preferred. + Familiarity with masking materials, including tapes, plugs, and rubber-based products. + Strong foundation in production quality and standards. + Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the benefits of working with a union company that supports its employees and offers opportunities for growth. **Work Environment** The work environment is hotter and may become dirty, typical of a production setting.
