REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering preferably from a reputable universityMinimum 5 years of experience in Production and Material PlanningLogistics experience is an assetExcellent command of English, both written and spokenProficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in MS ExcelStrong planning and organizational skillsSolid analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective interpersonal and communication skills, with strong stakeholder managementCollaborative team player, adaptable to a fast-paced environmentWillingness to follow and implement industry developmentsExperience with SAP and Lean Six Sigma Project Management is an assetKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage material supply planning and production planningDesign and organize workforce schedules to meet production demands (daily, weekly, monthly) and ensure compliance with plansMaintain continuous communication with direct reports and cross-functional teamsMonitor and achieve departmental KPIs such as OEE, Stops, Material Variance, Changeover Times, and 5SDrive process development and lead production-related projects
