**Job Title: Production Planner Assistant** **Job Description** The Production Associate is responsible for supporting the production planning process to ensure efficient and effective use of resources in the manufacturing or production process. Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, managing supplier relationships, and collecting production data to identify areas for improvement. **Responsibilities** + Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure they meet production needs while minimizing waste and preventing stock outs. + Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and manage supplier relationships to meet quality and pricing standards. + Collect and analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and monitor key performance indicators to ensure production goals are met. + Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and production data, ensuring proper storage and accessibility. + Communicate production schedules, inventory levels, and other important information to production staff, providing guidance and answering questions as needed. **Essential Skills** + Planning and scheduling + Administration + Data entry + Inventory management + Logistics + Purchasing **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must have 2+ years of administration experience + Nice to have administration experience in a manufacturing setting + Experience as a supply chain or purchasing assistant **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the opportunity for pay growth and increased responsibility within a fun work environment that fosters a strong culture. **Work Environment** The work takes place in a professional office environment with an open office style and individual desks.
