Role Summary:

This position will Co-ordinate with Production, SCM and Sales to achieve monthly targets with respect to Production, Sales and OTD.

Will be responsible for production planning activities and Logistics Planning for plant

Review the monthly production status with respective team members and update necessary information to Sale team.

Review and confirm delivery orders.

Work with dispatch section for weekly planning of dispatches, co-ordinate with logistics providers for container placing, track deliveries and update all concerned.

Work with finance on meeting excise and other statuary requirements, ensure value recognition.

Responsibilities:

Monthly/Weekly Production Plan Release.Ensure daily SCN credit to achieve the monthly target.Co-ordinate with sales team for confirming deliveries, update status.Logistics co-ordination for both Export/Domestic and Inbound/outbound.Collection, Storage, Protection, Maintenance, Retention, Retrieval and disposition of Documents and RecordsReviewing Production status and ensure dispatches as per monthly plan and  targeted OTD, PDB metrics are met.Review with Production, quality and sales team for preparing dispatch plan and monitoring/executing orders as per plan.Review exceptional report related to Logistics and take appropriate action.Work closely with Project management, dispatch and finance, ensure dispatches are getting completed as per plan.Work closely with SCM and ensure materials are getting delivered as per plan.Planning & ExecutionPeople & Time ManagementCustomer FocusScheduling and PrioritizationSAP KnowledgeAnalytical skillsBasic Finance knowledgeLogistics managementExcise and INCO terms

Requirement:

DME 5+ Years of Experience and college /BE 3+ University degree/Technical degree or higherKnowledge on API, IMS, CER
