Job Description
We are seeking a motivated professional with experience in manufacturing operations or supply chain management to provide hands-on planning support for our factory located in Hayward, CA. This role will serve as a key business partner to Manufacturing, Operations, Business Systems, and Sales.
ResponsibilitiesManage both near-term tactical weekly production plans and priorities for the manufacturing team for vehicles and accessories against booked orders, as well as longer-term monthly production plans based on S&OP guidance.Track progress towards the plan and communicate any risks, whether expected or realized.Communicate material shortages or discrepancies and their associated impacts.Support inventory accuracy, including performing counts and auditing BOMs.Track phase-in/phase-out of materials during ECO implementation.Create, release, and manage production orders in NetSuite.Maintain data in NetSuite, such as production lot sizes and safety stock levels.Interface with the manufacturing execution system to determine part numbers and build status, and to create reports.Prepare slides, presentations, analytics, and scenario planning for leadership meetings and conduct ad-hoc analysis.Essential SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations.3 - 5 years of experience in a supply chain, operations, or relevant role in consumer electronics, aerospace, and/or automotive industries.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for data absorption and communication.Understanding of Supply Chain fundamentals and planning processes.Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP systems and planning/scheduling systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of hardware development processes, materials management, supply demand management, product lifecycle management (PLM) software, ERP systems, and Databricks.Strong analytical, slide deck presentation, verbal and written communication, and cross-functional team management skills.Independent, self-starter with strong work ethics, open-minded, collaborative, team-oriented, detail-oriented, and adept at creative problem-solving.Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment while managing and prioritizing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Mateo, California.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
