**Production Packager start ASAP!** **Weekly Pay $18/hr** **Shift Time: 8:30-5:00pm** **Responsibilities** + Package medical room cleaning equipment, wire-brushes, and lightweight cleaning supplies. + Operate and monitor packaging equipment to assemble and package surgical instruments and medical supplies. + Inspect products for defects, verify labeling accuracy, and ensure packaging meets regulatory and company standards. + Load packaging materials, manage inventory of supplies, and prepare items for shipment. + Maintain accurate records of production output, packaging counts, and quality checks. + Collaborate closely with other associates and supervisors to meet daily production goals and resolve any issues. **Essential Skills** + Packaging + Cycle counts + Flexibility in job duties + Detail-oriented + Proficiency with handheld scanners and labeling + Ability to speak and read English effectively + Capability to lift 35 lbs + Computer proficiency + Basic math skills for cycle counting + High attention to detail **Why Work Here?** Our work environment is team-oriented and prioritizes employee satisfaction. While candidates will be seated for most of the day, standing is optional if desired or needed. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
