What You'll Do as a Production Operator: Operate and maintain machining, assembly, injection, and welding equipment safely and efficiently Perform preventative maintenance and basic equipment checksInspect parts to ensure 100% quality standardsMaintain a clean, organized work areaRecord production data and complete documentation accuratelyCommunicate effectively with team members across shiftsFollow all safety policies and use PPE as requiredSupport a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork

Skills and Experience What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate: Experience in manufacturing, machining, CNC, or assembly High School Diploma or GED (required & must provide documentation) Ability to pass a skills assessment Basic computer skills Reliable work history and attention to detail Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs., with good vision and mobility to safely perform production tasksWe don't hire temps, we hire TEAMMATES!
